B2BDubai.com is built on the firm basis of trust and commitment and this agreement helps promote that trust among all our local and global partners.

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH B2BDUBAI.COM OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO ITS SERVICES. BY BECOMING A MEMBER COMPANY YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.


1. Changed Terms
We may amend this agreement at anytime by posting the amended terms to our site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 15 days after they are initially posted on our Website. This agreement was revised on December 17th, 2008.


2. General
You agree to provide true and correct information about your company in the B2BDubai.com Registration Form. B2BDubai.com is only a Venue. Our site acts as the platform for people engaged in varied businesses and are looking for partners to conduct businesses both locally and worldwide. We are not involved in the actual transaction of any kind between two or more parties. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the proposal being presented, and the truth or accuracy of information. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretence.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, B2BDubai.com cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Therefore, you must be careful in dealing with other users to avoid fraud. We have established a user-initiated feedback system to help you evaluate who you are dealing with. Please practice safe trading.

Since we do not and cannot be involved in customer-to-customer transactions, in the event that you have dispute with one or more partners, you release B2BDubai.com from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. For legal reasons, we cannot nor do we try to control the information provided by other clients which is made available through our system. By its every nature, other people information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. 3. Subscriber Conduct

B2BDubai.com does not review, screen or edit information posted by participants. We reserves the right to monitor or remove any information transmitted or received through the service.


4. Fees
Access to the Site and certain of its features are provided to all Users free of charge. However, B2BDubai.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to charge each User fees for the use of or access to the Site or its features.

B2BDubai.com provides certain services to Users who have undergone a specific registration process and agreed to pay for such services ("Paid Services").

The following features of the Site, among other things, are part of Paid Services (applicable on "OnSpot Trader" and "PRO Trader" memberships)

a) Submit, edit and display of company information in a Company Profile
b) Submit, edit and display of product related information (including product images) in a Product Catalog or Showroom
c) Submit, edit and display of offers to sell products or services or general advertising messages as Trade Leads
d) Business name, address and contact person as authenticated and verified by a credit agency and displayed in as TrustStamp member
e) Access to B2BDubai.com Global Buyer Database

B2BDubai.com reserves the right to deny Paid Services to any User for whatever reason in order to protect B2BDubai.com interests.


5. Breach
We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your presence with us and the information you place on our site if you breach this Agreement, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.


6. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
SUBSCRIBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF B2BDUBAI.COM SERVICES IS AT SUBSCRIBER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER B2BDUBAI.COM, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF ITS RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY OR CONTENT PROVIDERS WARRANT THAT B2BDUBAI.COM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO IT MAKES ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF B2BDUBAI.COM SERVICES, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, PROVIDED THROUGH B2BDUBAI.COM.

B2BDUBAI.COM SERVICES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SERVICE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTUOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. SUBSCRIBER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT B2BDUBAI.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER SUBSCRIBERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF DAMAGES FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH SUBSCRIBER.

IN NO EVENT WILL B2BDUBAI.COM, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING B2BDubai.com SERVICES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE B2BDUBAI.COM. SUBSCRIBER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON B2BDUBAI.COM.

IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE NEITHER, B2BDUBAI.COM, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR DURATION, FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DEFECTS IN, OR UN-TIMELINESS OR UN-AUTHENTICITY OF, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN B2BDUBAI.COM, OR FOR ANY DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE USER, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING THERE FROM OR OCCASIONED THEREBY. NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.

We are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents, nor do we endorse, nor are we responsible for any of the contents, advertising, products or other materials on such sites. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible or liable directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such sites. Any concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its respective site administrator or webmaster.


8. Indemnification
Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless B2BDubai.com, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of B2BDubai.com Services by Subscriber or Subscriber's Account.


9. Termination
B2BDubai.com may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, B2BDubai.com shall have the right to immediately terminate Subscriber's Account in the event of any conduct by Subscriber which B2BDubai.com, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Subscriber of this Agreement.
